Happy Birthday Uncle Choo Choo

This was from a month ago, but we did celebrate Eric's brother's birthday up here in Rexburg. He turned 24 years old. We took him out to dinner to Hard Hat, a good steak restaurant. Then we went back to our apartment where we had a Strawberry Cheesecake waiting. YUM!
We gave him some pots and pans so that he could cook macaroni and cheese in a pan instead of the microwave.
It has been fun having Charles up in Rexburg with us. He comes to visit a couple of times a week. Aaron has gotten to know his uncle Choo Choo and loves to play with him. It is sad that he is the only one of the family that Aaron is really familiar with. Happy Birthday Charles!
